New Wheels, Old Wheels, Threading the Needle

Image
Business focal personnel pursue driving efficiencies higher to reduce costs enabling increased marketplace performance.  Technology often helps automate complex processes, reducing costs. Wheels are synonymous with Tech, we can choose to make new wheels, use old wheels or integrate. Threading the Needle requires minimizing the organization delta, using Old Wheels, adding a New Wheel (/ML/Data Science), integration to... Generate growth !!! $100 M plus in 5 Minutes a 10X ROI starting in 2010. Growth shows benefit of New Wheel; New Wheels can be replaced with cheaper Newer Wheels.

Covid 19 - Modeling - Recent Independent Studies

Image
https://github.com/patricknharris/MMCAcovid19.jl/pull/1  JTMatamals created great package with sufficient parameters for initial usage. Likely that Covid crisis will continue as it mutates within its relationships with population genetics. Experimenting on adding additional parameters to cover: environmental conditions - humidity, temperature, wind speed, aqi, other aerosols geospatial - density, altitude, local terrain, neighborhood characteristics - city, farm, suburb, etc guidance policies - social distancing, other mandates, % of population following guidance genetic mutations - % of current population, at least 3 variants exist, speed of propagation and other factors a) the UK variant is 70% greater transmissions b) the South African RBM - RNA Bonding Motif - that has replaced one of the vaccine targets c) the Netherlands variant (now in LA) - the L452R initial reports suggest that vaccine maybe ineffective d) other variants - yet to be named that will be propagating ac...

Projects, Infrastructures, Programming - Recent & Summary of list of other experience

2020 - September to 2021 April - Present Helping Dr. Alan Wagner restart an infrastructure useful in many vertical marketplaces.  A  high end distributed computing platform managed by a single config file defining services, nodes, data distribution of parallel processing computational graph, auto code generation, loaded and run with posted outputs back to user consumable client interfaces.  Various application POC have been demonstrated in stock market, aviation, data centers, horse racing - predictive analytics. I am relearning Alan's Specialties: MPI - Message Passing Infrastructure,  FG-MPI - Fine Grained MPI CSP - Concurrent Sequential Processing,  SCTP - Streaming Control Transmission Protocol Using Processes Not Threads Writing MPI Scheduler to generate optimal, cooperative process graph execution Running 100 Million Processes in Steps on Way to Exascale Processing  Java Client - Original - Shows Correlated Stocks in Market Python Client to Ela...

Bahill ( Eye Tracking & Baseball Hall of Fame ), Grad School and Systems Engineering Curricula

Bahill's Lab Research Assistant and Departments System Admin supporting professors research. Bahill is a Systems Control Theory INCOSE fellow http://sysengr.engr.arizona.edu/ https://sie.engineering.arizona.edu/news-events/bahills-baseball-vision-study-still-hit  https://duckduckgo.com/?q=bahill+systems+theory&t=chromentp&ia=web   https://duckduckgo.com/?q=bahill+systems+theory+incose&t=chromentp&ia=web Stark was Bahill's Professor -  https://duckduckgo.com/?q=stark+bahill&t=chromentp&ia=web Together at China Lake they invented night vision capabilities.  In Bahill's lab I supported his eye tracking research group and the optical equipment generating targets, an infrared eye detector glasses, an the analytics packages that recorded the target state space trajectories, the horizontal, vertical and rotational eye movement - state space trajectories, along with the computed differentials between the target and what the eye was looking at.  T...

Mulit-variate System of Systems Modeling & Analysis

Possible Applications of Parametric Analysis using Similarity Metrics Pharma batch assurance, RT-qPCR CT curves, cardio, eeg signal analysis, mass spectral analysis, ensemble model error observed data analysis.  My friend Dr. Amos Tsai (JHU Chem E) while working at Amgen and I have discussed benefit of using methods discussed below for pharma production analysis.  As an example, Amgen created Nepogen accidentally while trying to replicate Epogen formulation. Successfully utilized in eeg analysis (alcoholic vs normal, drug intake), structural analysis, acoustic, speaker identification, aerodynamics, weather forecasting, battery managements systems and data centers.  Organizational analysis and their key performance indicators (KPI) would also benefit using this methodology.  Also a mix of organizations, execution performance and technical performance metrics, since it is possible that organizational changes will modify functional behaviors within the technical realm....
